At John Clarke Sports Nutrition, we want you to feel confident in your performance apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailing box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
